Sarah Kiley, founder of Chorley-based disability charity High5, has transformed the lives of over 100 local children and their families since establishing the organisation in 2014. What began as a parent-led initiative has grown into a vital community resource offering activities from sensory sessions to family respite stays—all supporting children with severe learning disabilities.

As chair of this volunteer-run charity, Sarah's passionate leadership has created a supportive network where families facing similar challenges find understanding and joy.
