Chorley Sporting Memories is now Chorley Community Friendship Group, reflecting expanded activities beyond sports. The group continues supporting adults with dementia at Chorley FC’s Victory Park under the new name.
Chorley FC Community Foundation has secured National League Trust funding to continue delivering projects like Sporting Memories, Walking Football, and new disability sports, helping more Chorley residents stay active and connected.
